I want to use Rovo to be able to answer questions to our non technical teams in the company (Product, project managers, CS, etc...), to achieve this, I need Rovo to be able to read code from Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence, the main issues is with Bitbucket, I gave some people read access to Bitbucket, but rovo is still struggling to read from Bitbucket... even for me, with Admin access..
Any Ideas how to achieve this?
Thanks!
Hi and Welcome
to read the bitbucket workspace , your bitbucket has to be linked to your organisation.
Linking Your Bitbucket Cloud Workspace to an Atlassian Organization | Bitbucket Cloud | Atlassian Support
Verify Organization Settings:
Wait for Indexing:
Check Rovo Permissions:
So it should work.

@Evgeniy Sabilin welcome to the community. Yes, but don’t solve it by giving people Bitbucket access alone. For Rovo to answer code questions well, Bitbucket content must be available to Rovo on the same Atlassian site, and permissions are respected. In practice, make sure Bitbucket is connected to that Jira/Rovo site, the right repos are accessible, and allow time for indexing. If it still struggles, it’s usually a connection/indexing scope issue, not user access alone.
