Hi, i am new, i just used trial account, i need to add credit card to used trial account. How can i cancel this subscription. I have around 27 days ago to end my trial, but now i want to cancel auto subscription monthly.
For any free trials, Atlassian doesn't require credit card details. If you haven't added a credit card, the subscription will be canceled automatically.
Depending on which Apps you subscribed to, cancellation looks a little different. If you want to delete the whole Organzation and you have Rovo or Rovo Dev added, only the Atlassian Support will be able to remove that subscription and get the Org ready for deletion.
