Hello,
From the Chrome extension, the base agent reads the current page (including non-Atlassian pages like Intercom) and answers questions about it. A custom agent invoked from the same extension, on the same page, gets no page context.
Is there a setting to let a custom agent inherit the same current-page context?
Thanks :)
Just a comment for everyone reading along, as I was confused by the question at first: If you open Rovo within Atlassian Tools and open a custom Agent in Chat, it handles context just the same as plain Chat.
The difference only applies to the Browser extension :)

At the moment, there are still many limitations and differences in how extensions pass the current page context to the basic chat versus custom agents.
That is why the behavior can differ depending on whether you use the standard Rovo chat or a custom agent.
I saying all the time, we Experiencing now Development on "Living Body" as pretty much every day something is changing.

Hello @LFU
Rovo Chat and custom agents just don't handle tab context the same way. While the base chat easily reads your active Intercom page, custom agents don't automatically inherit live tabs. Hm, try that: "Use current tab as context" is enabled in your extension settings, and try forcing it in your prompt: "Use the current tab as context and analyze this with [Agent Name]." Then look then how it behaves. ?
