I have an AI agent built to walk users through the process of completing a custom template for our team's JPD space. At the end of the process, the agent shows the user the completed template in the chat window, but it's up to the user to copy/paste the data from that window into the template itself to create the idea. Is there a way to get the agent to ask the user if they would like it to complete the template for them and then for the agent to do so automatically?
Thanks for the help!
Welcome to the community @Dylhoff_ Joel You can get partway there, but not fully in one seamless step today. Rovo can draft the content and, with the right skills, create Jira work items, but JPD template/field completion is still limited and not always reliable from chat alone. If you need it to consistently create the idea in the right format, the safer path is Rovo + Automation: let the agent gather the info, then have Automation create/populate the JPD idea.
How do they activate the Rovo agent to answer the questions from the template? When you active the Rovo agent directly from a description you have the option to "insert" the text that the Rovo agent have created.
