Hi @Shivam Kadwade , @Vladislav Tsaregorodtsev has pointed you at the right area, and there is a level below "Top users" that gives you the complete picture you are after.
The full per-user view: go to Atlassian Administration, then Insights, then Platform usage, and open Rovo credits. That page has three tabs: Usage (overall trends), Apps (which products consume credits), and Users, which tracks credit usage by individual user, the whole list, not just the top consumers. From there you can export the data as a CSV, which is currently the most detailed breakdown available. Official reference: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/what-is-platform-usage/
For the per-team cut: there is no native team dimension in these reports today, so the working pattern is a monthly CSV export joined with your own user-to-team mapping (a simple spreadsheet lookup). Ten minutes a month, and you get exactly the "how is each team doing" view you described.
One distinction that will save you a wrong conclusion: credits measure consumption cost, not adoption. A user running a few Deep Research sessions can out-consume a whole team using Rovo Search daily, because credit cost scales with the complexity of the interaction. So for "is Rovo catching on per team," pair two lenses: Rovo trends and the Adoption tab (under Insights) for who is actively using AI and how often, and Platform usage for what it is costing. Atlassian's own guidance notes that Trends can include AI features that do not count toward credits, and that accurate credit consumption is the Platform usage page: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/gain-insights-into-rovo-ai-activity/
Timing note worth knowing: starting August 2026, Rovo credits and variable rates are reflected in the Administration dashboard, so this is exactly the right month to set up the monthly export habit before consumption-based visibility starts driving budget conversations.
You need organisation admin for all of the above, as Vladislav said.
You should be able to see this if you are an organization admin.
Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ choose Rovo and then Rovo overview.
There you will see the Top users by credit usage section. If you click More usage data, you should be able to see more information.
There is also some learning material about this here: https://community.atlassian.com/learning/lesson/monitor-rovo-using-insights
