Bug with parsing attachements when

Hi there,

I stumbled across a bug, which has the effect, that for custom rovo studio agents attachements are not parsed when specific sites are set as knowledge with "sites under" setting.

When I started to raise a ticket, the chatbot told me, that there is already a ticket dealing with that:

[AI-1200] Rovo Agent with Knowledge "select content under <page(s)>" can not read attachments - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

I wanted to raise the question to the @atlassian crew, when the ticket will be resolved.

It's open since 2025-07 and the assignee Andy Chisholm is shown as Inactive.
