Boards creation with filter creation in ROVO

Hi,

is there any plan for bringing filter creation and board creation inside the ROVO?

Would be great to copy some of boards and filters from one project and apply to other one in one Prompt.

Hola Nadia,

I don’t think Rovo can do this end-to-end from a normal prompt today.
It’s a good use case, though. Copying a board and its saved filter from one project to another would save a lot of setup time, especially when you’re trying to keep multiple projects consistent.

Right now, I’d probably use Rovo to help draft the JQL, board names, filter names, and setup steps, then create the saved filters and boards manually. If this needs to be repeated across many projects, the more scalable option would probably be a scripted/API approach rather than Rovo chat.

I’d suggest raising this as a feature request with Atlassian, because it seems like an admin workflow Rovo could be useful for in the future.

Hi @Nadia Volanovsky to add to @James Gamble response, Atlassian now supports creating certain Program boards via Rovo using /create-program-board, which is separate from standard Scrum/Kanban board creation. For regular boards/filters, API or manual setup is still the practical route.
