We migrated from Data Center to Cloud and a lot of groups came over as part of the migration.  I wanted to see of Rovo could have a role in the ability to review the groups and tell me what Spaces in Jira and Confluence the group may be utilized.  

I tried the the new Studio and it stated that it has a solution by creating a Forge App but I never could find how it worked and ended up removing it. 

I know that Rovo is coming to Administrators at some point so maybe it could help in this use case?

There are a couple of feature requests around that. One example is: ROVO-283: Allow Rovo agents to help with Atlassian organization administration 
I think I've heard something on this topic at Team '26 last month, but I'm not sure if there's an official statement and a planned date/quarter when this will be released. 👀

I'm also waiting on some specific features/abilities around that, but I'd suggest keeping an eye on this forum group/section as any news, EAPs, or beta phases will most likely be announced here. 🆕

I was at Teams as well and I am hoping that Rovo for administrators will help in many way particularly in this use case. Also the ability to identify users who have not logged into the system for a particular amount of time.

Yeah, that's the main reason I'm waiting for Rovo in Administration as well 😄
