Hi!
We still use Atlassian Assist and I've reached my breaking point with how annoying it is to my users. It constantly asks for rephrasing, up to 3 times, and then almost always recommends an invalid suggestion or tells them IT (me) is going to do something that's incorrect. So... I'm shutting it down. I'd rather have nothing than something so bad.
I feel like Rovo is the new solution... but I feel stuck on how to get started. Can I use Rovo to monitor a Slack channel for new threads and try to deflect tickets like Assist did... but better than Assist did? Is there a "Hey IT person, this is how to get Rovo to handle the easy layer of your service desk for you" 101 tutorial somewhere?
I love Atlassian and Jira but Assist has me pulling my hair out and there are new tools coming out every day that solve this... just not with Jira. :(
Hi @Andrew Boeger , I can recommend the following to learn about Rovo. I didn't think that it can help you achieve your goals and the various teachings found here will help confirm that. get-the-most-out-of-rovo
Once you peruse the above, as with many things, you can often find good user-produced demos on YouTube.
