Hello @Manoj Prabhakar Battula

Everything else on your side is working? Have you tried incognito mode? Is this impacting only you or more users?

@Manoj Prabhakar Battula and @Uladzimir_Pauliukovich  When Rovo agents show a “network error,” it’s usually related to a temporary service disruption or backend timeout. Very long chat threads or large amounts of context can sometimes cause timeouts and show up as a “network error,” especially with custom Rovo agents. This also looks like a known intermittent issue rather than an agent configuration problem. If the issue continues, open an Atlassian support ticket with timestamps and the agent name so it can be traced server-side.
