After adding an employee as a user in the Agent Settings and assigning them the role of Admin, he was able to view the agent in Studio.
However, he still does not have the rights to edit the agent.
Could this be a permission bug in Rovo, or is there a global setting for edit permission in Rovo?
Hey @Martin Flury
there are no global permissions for anything Rovo yet. You only need a paid App license to get access.
I tested that with a colleague and they cannot edit the Agent either. So it must be a bug. Will you raise a Bug with the Support or should I? :)
Hi @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ we are on the Cloud Standard Plan (with Rovo Free), so I can not raise a bug ticket.
I'd be very thankful if you would create a bug ticket.
Thank you very much for testing it.
