The issue is the access request has been approved on Alice, but the user still has no permission to the MCP confluence page.

I would definitelly recommend reaching out internally to your internal IT department/team for more information on that. 👈
Based on the name of the company, I strongly believe they have dedicated personnel who are working on MCP integration and troubleshooting 🙂
If they stumble upon an issue, I also think they have some dedicated contacts in Atlassian who can help with troubleshooting as well.
This is a public forum, and you'll mainly see end users (like me) who cannot access other systems.
For official support, you can reach out via Atlassian Support, but this is only available to app admins (e.g., Jira or Confluence admins).

@Baojian Zhang sometimes this happens due to permission sync delays or missing group/page-level access even after approval.
Have them confirm:
If all that looks right, then Atlassian support is the next step.
