Is it possible to link more than one Jira instance to Anthropic via the ROVO MCP connector?

In my use case, our customer service/Intake is hosted on a separate Jira instance (not fixable due to legacy decisions around user permissions), and I need to use AI to read and write data to both instances.

Hi @Dylan Sawchuk  👋🏻

First of all, welcome to community! ✨

Yes, you can connect multiple Jira instances to Anthropic/Claude, but not as separate Rovo MCP server instances out-of-the-box in native desktop configurations.

You could try the below options:

  1. Add a Dedicated Multi-Jira MCP Server - If you want to read/write to both instances in the exact same chat session without conflicts, you can use community or third-party solutions that allow you to route calls to different Atlassian accounts and instances from a single MCP configuration.
  2. Setup Application Links - If both instances fall under your company's domain, you can natively link the two Jira instances using Application Links.

I hope this answers your question. 🙂

Thanks,
Anwesha
