Started a Jira Premium trial, Atlassian Intelligence is on, Rovo is not available and there is no way to turn it on.

Am I missing something?

Hi @Vadzim Kastsevich - welcome to the Community,

were you successful by now?

There is a restriction where Rovo will not be added to any Organizations where the billing admin uses public email domains like gmail.com

See the purple box on Rovo usage quota | Rovo | Atlassian Support

Could that be the case for you?

Hi @Vadzim Kastsevich

Rovo is activated and enabled by default in Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans

You can confirm if Rovo is activated by doing the following:

  1. Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
  2. Access Apps in the top navigation

If Rovo is activated, it should be listed in the table.  More information about Rovo activation is available under this help article: Rovo activation

Hello @Chris Rogers

The main problem is that I don't see any Rovo apps (Rovo Search, Rovo Chat, Rovo Studio) in the Apps menu. I see only Assets, Jira, Confluence, Rove Dev, Looms, etc.
