Hi,
I'm showcasing Rovo Dev on multiple events and I've been fighting to get the code reviewer working with GitHub on the PRs.
The GitHub integration app is installed, on Atlassian and GitHub side.. the Rovo Dev account is a standard, paid one... I have credits.. but I cannot get the code review agent to run on GitHub whenever a PR is created or updated. I keep getting:
Rovo Dev code review: Rovo Dev couldn't review this pull request
The pull request author does not have access to Rovo Dev.
It seems that it is trying to figure out the author of the PR and matching it with the account in Atlassian side.. but I dont see any place to make the match between the GH user and the Atlassian user..
Docs don't tell anything and the error message is not very explicit either..
@Minwoo Jeong , thanks. done, looking forward for the feedback. I have some urgency as I will demo this next monday :(
Hi Sergio,
Thanks for raising it. My name is Ryan, PM for code review.
To help my team fast track this, it'd be great if you could shoot me an email (rjiang2@atlassian.com) with some details to help us navigate:
1. The link to the ticket you raised
2. Repo and PR urls
3. Any screenshots would be helpful too
Best
Ryan
It sounds like you've set up Rovo Dev Code Review correctly and the GitHub user to Atlassian user is problematic. If you're already seeing "The pull request author does not have access to Rovo Dev.", it's possible your GitHub user is mapped to the wrong Atlassian user already. Do you have any other Atlassian accounts that could have been linked to the GitHub account?
You can follow these steps to unlink your Atlassian account from the GitHub user:
After that, when an PR is created, Rovo Dev Reviewer should leave a comment asking to link your GitHub account.
I will be better able to assist via Atlassian Support by tracing through logs and data.
