I'm sharing this info to save others paying for something that they aren't even using (and can't even use).
Here's what happened to me...
I enabled Rovo Dev Standard for our Bitbucket instance and subscribed a number of our engineers who use Bitbucket. All good.
However, this apparently automatically added the 'Rovo Dev' app, 'Standard' plan, 'App admin' role to our org-admins group.
This had the knock-on effect of including all org admins in the Rovo Dev subscription.
Hence, we have been charged every month for Rovo Dev for each of those users too, despite all of them not using or ever having had Rovo Dev enabled for them (and indeed nearly all of them not even using or having subscriptions for Bitbucket!).
I've removed the role from the org-admins group and only the subscribed engineer users to now have a Rovo Dev subscription.
Over the course of some months, this racked up hundreds of dollars of Rovo Dev subscription cost which could never have been used.
Atlassian are refusing to refund this.
