DAZN requires access to the Rovo Beta App. Could you please assist us in facilitating this access?
Additionally, we would appreciate clarification regarding the pricing. Based on the information we currently have, it appears to be a free app for all Enterprise Users, please confirm if this is still accurate.
To facilitate DAZN’s access to the Rovo Beta App, please ensure the following steps are completed:
The Rovo Beta App must be installed on your Atlassian Cloud site.
Users who need access should be assigned the appropriate Rovo Dev Agent role.
If you encounter any issues or need early access before the general rollout, an admin can request access by adding your site’s cloud ID to the feature gate override (for this you will need to reach out to your Atlassian support)
2. Pricing Clarification:
Currently, Rovo—including the Beta App and Dev Agents—is available at no additional cost for customers on Premium and Enterprise plans of Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, or Teamwork Collection. During the beta, there are no charges for Enterprise users. Please note:
Pricing and packaging for Rovo Dev Agents are still being finalised and may change when the product becomes generally available.
Any future changes to pricing will be communicated in advance, and customers will have a trial period to evaluate before any billing begins.
