Paid User: After a couple of months using Rovo Dev, I now see Rovo Dev is not activated on this site

I have enabled Rovo Dev and in fact it was working for a very long time, I was getting PR reviews and the CLI worked.  Now when I go to use it I get Rovo Dev is not activated on this site "Start a free, 30 day trial of Rovo Dev Standard".

When I click Start free trial it asks me to signup a new site.  It doesn't even know I'm logged in.  If I enter my site it says it's already taken.

Hi @Matt - Thanks for using our product and sorry for any inconvenience.

Could you please let us know whether you were in Beta plan or Standard plan? 
Beta program has been deprecated, and we've sent out the notice few weeks ago. If so, please check your registered email. And, if your site was assigned to beta plan, there might be the reason why this site was deactivated during the beta deprecation.

If your site is in Standard plan and the issue persists, please let us know your registered email address and your site name - we could take a look at it.

@Matt Hudson @Amit Gupta If you were on the beta — please follow the instructions here on how to switch from Rovo Dev Agents beta to Rovo Dev Standard.

On admin setting, you will be able to convert your site into Standard Trial. Please let us know if your problem persists.
