Updated Schedule: Rovo Office Hours with Live Expert Q&A!

The Atlassian Technical Adoption Success team is excited to share the new schedule for Rovo Office Hours — now even more closely aligned with our Let’s Build a Rovo Agent workshops.

We’ll be tailoring office hours around the real questions, blockers, and ideas that come up during the workshops — from first-time builds to advanced agent tuning. If you’ve joined a session and left with “I wish we’d had more time to dig into X…”, office hours are where we’ll go deeper.

That said, you’re still welcome to bring any Rovo-related questions, even if you haven’t attended a workshop yet.

 

What’s on offer?

In these small-group sessions, you can:

  • Dive deeper into topics raised during Let’s Build a Rovo Agent workshops

  • Validate use cases and agent designs

  • Unblock specific challenges (permissions, data sources, actions, prompts etc.)

  • Ask general questions about Rovo, even if they’re unrelated to the latest workshop

Help us tailor the session to you

When you register, tell us why you’re joining—especially if you’re following up from a Let’s Build a Rovo Agent session.

Specific questions, use cases, and challenges help our team show up prepared. You can:

  • Reference the workshop you attended and the agent or scenario you’re continuing

  • Share an agent prompt or config (recent examples of unexpected output get bonus points!)

  • Outline any connected data sources (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and constraints (permissions, PII, etc.)

We’re excited to dig deeper into your workshop follow-ups, collaborate live, troubleshoot, and celebrate your Rovo wins. See YOU at Office Hours!

Signed up for an office hours call today (11:30AM UK time) - somewhat disappointingly, nobody logged in from the Atlassian side to start the meeting - just gave up after waiting for 10 minutes. I get that not every session is going to be filled, but would appreciate a heads up or just cancelling the session if it's not going ahead.

I'm the same here as Matt 'm sitting in this call for 11 mins now and no one opening it. Even though 7 of 15spots are filled. 
I'm quite disappointed, especially because I wanted to join last week and missed the signup by a minute or so. 

I really got some questions that I could need help with.

@Kim Mooney  Signed up for an office hours call 01-27 12:30 CET, waited 15 minutes, but the meeting was not startet by Atlassian.  I think it would be appropriate to receive a brief notification when a meeting cannot take place. Looking at the comments here, this is not the first time this has happened.

Thanks so much for calling this out. We're sorry about what happened with today’s Office Hours. 

We hit some unexpected technical issues on our side that stopped us from getting the session started and delayed our ability to communicate the issue with registrants. We know you’d set time aside and came with questions and this is not the experience we wanted you to have. 

@antal @Martina_Bruehl  - You should have now received a new invite for a make‑up session. If that time doesn’t work for you, just let us know and we’ll do our best to find another slot.

@Matthew Buchanan - I realize we are more delayed with responding to your experience. If you haven't had the opportunity to attend another Office Hour session, please let us know so we can make sure you get the assistance you need.
