My biggest "aha moment" was seeing how Rovo can quickly surface relevant documentation, tickets, and knowledge without jumping between different tools. Having AI-powered search and contextual answers in one place makes troubleshooting and knowledge discovery much faster. It definitely makes me wonder, "Why wasn't I using this sooner?"

I think I'll have to retake it to remember the aha moments! With the rapid pace of AI change, I bet we'll need a whole new certification exam by this October!

lol @Amanda Barber agreed! So much has changed in just the last couple of months.

But, to answer the question - since I've discovered MCP server/connectors (Atlassian AND Trello) for ChatGPT, it felt like I've found out completely new dimension of work 😅
Sometimes it feels like I'm chatting with the AI, and it creates new items, closes finished ones, updates whatever is needed... and all of that based on my ideas and my train of thought 🤔

I was also able to complete the certification. Cannot attach the certificate screenshot right now but it was a great experience and was my first ACH.
