We need some point of contact from Atlassian cloud team to get clarification on the GDPR and Compliance related queries. Without this we can't move forward in the cloud migration

After you've read the documentation, you may still have some specific questions - for those, ask Atlassian directly from https://support.atlassian.com/contact , or talk to an Atlassian partner local to you - most partners have a lot of experience talking about security, compliance, and regulation, and know it as well as Atlassian do.
