Use added as "Deactivated" from the beginning

I am trying to add user from outside of my organization to our JIRA. Every time I try to add, it automatically add the member as "Deactivated" and cannot add the member.

Why is the member being added as "Deactivated" from the beginning?

I was able to add just 1 member from the same company, but the rest are all being added as "Deactivated".

Hi @Satomi Miyagawa, when you try to invite someone but their account is deactivated, it's because the person you're trying to invite has deactivated their Atlassian account, or the owner of their email domain deactivated that Atlassian account.

You'll need to ask them to reactivate their account so you can invite them to your organization.
