SSO Login Error

Hi all

I have set up SSO with Citrix Gateway Service. When I access the site and log into it, I get redirected to the IdP and authenticted OK but then get the following error.

 

I wonder my SSO settings are incorrect. Can someone please advise what needs to be looked at to fix the issue?
