We provision users for customer access to JSM using their primary username, @domain1.com. However, for company branding reasons, some of our users have their primary outgoing SMTP set to @domain2.com.
This means that although their username is @domain1.com, when they email our helpdesk, it comes from their @domain2.com address. Therefore, when they login to the portal with @domain1.com email, they cannot see their logged issues
Is there any way to provision users where we can include mutliple email addresses for that user? So when they log into the portal using their primary username @domain1.com they can also see their issues logged via their @domain2.com email address?
