Till last Wednesday, I could see the manage app license details, but today I lost the access. We were renewing the XRAY and PowerBI connector for JIRA plugins and we were seeing the license details, but now it is giving me permission denied. I tried to create support ticket, but it is giving error like "Your email zxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.com is not authorized to grant permission to access data for the site. See Eligibility for Support Tickets for Atlassian Cloud for details."
Can anyone please verify and let me know how I can get the site or org admin rights to check the manage app licenses? When I am hitting the verify email id, I am not getting the email to my mailbox.
Please let me know if any further information is needed.
