In the new layout I can't find how to edit portal customer emails (like when they change name domain) in the new Admin space? And so that their historic Jira Issues are still accessible for the same user.
I suggested the customer does this by themselves from their Profile section.

You need to be able to access the admin.atlassian.com page for your site. If you don't have this access, please show this video to someone who does and you should be able to edit the portal-only customer names.

Sorry Valerie I should have written "portal customer emails" instead of "portal customer names" which I know can be edited. I have updated the Title and Description accordingly. Thanks for taking the time to answer ;)
