How to check the emails[type eq "work"].value ?

We have set up an attribute mapping in azure between the AD attribute "extensionAttribute7" (where the users email address can be found) and AtlassianCloud attribute mails[type eq "work"].value.

Is there a way to verify the value of the AtlassianCloud attribute after syncronization is performed?

Reason for the question is that when we assign Jira issues to such user, there is never sent an e-mail to  the user. :(
