Couldn't get access to the page shared by the admin

I'm one of the new user here, the Admin staff have assigned me into the group, and shared a link for me to join in, but I still couldn't get access to it. I don't know if it's a technical issue. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Please provide more details on your ask - Examples (What do you mean by Admin staff have assigned you into the group?  What group? + Shared a link for joining - What product/application that the link is referring to ?)
