Does anyone have a complaints process (one that is actual monitored)
They appear to have lost control of support as evidenced month without responses to serious issues.
Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.

I'm assuming this all stems from your issue you are having/were having with Trello on which we've talked in the past.
I've escalated your question here as well and hopefully someone from Atlassian can get in contact with your directly. In the previous questions you were answered but seems either someone else in you company was contacted or information was just not flowing to you.
Hopefully they can reach out to you directly to get your grievances resolved.
