Hi,
Is there a way to change the administrator of our organization? Our current organization admin has left the company, and we would therefore like to reassign this role to another employee.
Do we need to make the change from the previous employee's account, or is this something Atlassian Support can assist us with?

This is seomthing we should keep mind that at least couple of users should have site/org admin permission. Now in your case, if you have access to the previous Org admin account then you can login and assign the ord/site admin permission to another user. A;so, check which primary/technical account is used while setting up this organization, using that account you can add new org admins. Finally if none of these works then i can say please reach out to Atlassian support and might they help you.
