Cómo puedo cambiar mi nombre de usuario en Trello. O no hacerlo visible

necesito eliminar el nombre de usuario. Ahora sale visible

Laura Zapata (clientes9736) y quiero eliminar clientes9736. pero cuando doy a guardar, éste no se me actualiza

There is a known issue when trying to change the username in Trello, but it's related to non-latin characters. I'm not sure if that's your case since you are using Spanish, but let's test.

Please, check your name in your Atlassian account (https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility) to confirm if there are no non-latin characters. If there are, please change your name there and then try to change in Trello again. 

If that's not the case, please test using another browser and also open the developer tools on your browser to check if it shows any other information that may help us identify what is causing the issue.
