Hi,
We had recently set up our Jira Cloud instance and we have an authentication policy for only the jira-service management group that is linked to our identity provider which has single sign-on enforced.
There are about 82 users added from Azure on the application that links to that policy (Policy 2).
However, we noticed that on 25/07 - all the users were pushed to that policy instead of the default policy (where there is no single sign-on) so now we have to move those users manually from one policy to another.
Would it be a setting on Jira that we would need to check or Azure to make sure that users get pushed to the default policy and not Policy 2?
I just had a look at the audit logs and it seems to have been actioned by "Atlassian Internal System"
Thanks.
