We use Jira Cloud and Confluence, we already have different issues in Jira and spaces in Confluence. Also, we have around 20 users overall. Our company decided to implement SSO and our main fear is whether all our tickets will be deleted or no.

SSO will have no impact on your current issues or spaces. They will remain intact.
