Hello,
I urgently need help with an admin lockout issue on our Confluence Cloud site.
**Situation:**
- During SAML setup, I enabled "Required" SAML authentication
- After resetting sessions, I can no longer access my admin account (employee-name@domain)
- I can only log in with a non-admin account (employee-id@domain)
- The admin account (employee-name@domain) has all admin privileges but is now inaccessible
**Problem:**
- Cannot access admin panel to disable SAML or adjust settings
- Cannot create support ticket because the current account lacks admin privileges
- No other admin accounts available
**Request:**
How can I regain access to the admin account or temporarily disable SAML authentication?

Any urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
