I've been experiencing an issue with Bitbucket Pipelines hosted on self-managed servers for the past few days. After triggering a pipeline, no jobs appear to run, and it's not even possible to stop the pipeline manually — it only terminates automatically after 120 minutes. All workers show as online in the settings.
