Opsgenie Integration outgoing flow

We have a Standard Jira Service Management plan. We are looking to utilize Opsgenie not only for our Service Management projects but also add the SolarWinds Integration. (specifically, 'Solarwinds Orion NPM')
When adding the integration, I receive 'This integration's outgoing flow does not work as your subscription plan does not support it'

What exactly is the outgoing flow? 

What are the plans/pricing to go up to a tier plan that would support this?

I believe we're communicating through an open ticket, but wanted to share an answer to the Community who might also be curious about your ask!

"Outgoing flow would be actions taken in Opsgenie that reflect in other systems such as SolarWinds. This flow is restricted on your current plan: https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/integrations-framework#outgoing-integrations

Your current plan - JSM Standard - is the equivalent of Opsgenie's Essentials plan.

For other plan equivalencies, JSM Premium ~ Opsgenie Enterprise. Outgoing flow is included in JSM Premium.

JSM Standard should not limit integrating with SolarWinds though. Your Opsgenie account will still be able to receive SolarWinds requests and create Opsgenie alerts. You could also use those alerts to create issues in JSM."

Hi, regarding this definition - "Outgoing flow would be actions taken in Opsgenie that reflect in other systems such as SolarWinds" - can you provide a practical real-world example of such an action. It's not clear to me from this sentence.

An example of outgoing flow might be something like this;

Solarwinds creates an Opsgenie alert >> a user acknowledges the Opsgenie alert >>  this action / outgoing flow then also acknowledges the alert in Solarwinds.

^ Granted what's explained above might fall more into our bidirectional functionality - the actions taken in Opsgenie that are sent to external systems are the outgoing flow.

Depending on the integration, a user can take an action on an alert in Opsgenie, and have it reflected in other systems so the operation doesn't need to be completed in both. 

Another good outgoing integration example is our Webhook integration which pushes information via an URL endpoint when actions are taken on an alert.
