My client only wants to have 4 values in their Priority list. How can I remove Priority -5 (Informational) from the list of Priority values ?
Hey there! Unfortunately, these values are hardcoded into the product so we can't update that. If you require no alerts to be P5 and if an alert is accidentally set as P5 you can setup a global alert policy that will change any alert that is P5 to P4
