Can you change the names of Priority Levels?

OpsGenie priorities default to P1-P5. My other systems use P0-P4. I was wondering if it is possible to rename the priority levels from within OpsGenie. Having consistency or the ability for custom levels would be very helpful.

Hi @Evan Giordanella ,

Opsgenie priorities can't be changed but you can map priorities from other systems to Opsgenie priorities. Here is an article on a couple of ways that can be done:
