"Unlearn First, Transform Next" was a great quick-hit of inspiration! My favorite takeaway was the idea of "4L"s. This is a practice you can do quarterly to help keep you on a path of professional growth.
The 4Ls are:
- Loved
- Longed for
- Loathed
- Learned
First identify something you've loved in the past quarter. Then, think about what you longed for. The key here is to remove something you loathed in the last quarter for something you wish you could have done more. Finally, what did you learn?
