In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic caused businesses to rapidly accelerate technology transformations and define a new future of work. Analysis shows that businesses implemented as much change in some technologies over the past year as they had over the past 10 years. So what does 2021 hold? Looking forward, the new future of work is remote.
