While Jira issue type is created, we have estimation in pts, another option planned hours or Days and actual hours, while pulling the report we have unique value. Please advise how to get wat is Entered along with correct metric while exporting.

Not sure that this is a discussion related to an official event, more like a Jira question. Do you agree? :)
If you do so we would move it to a correct (Jira) category however in the meantime if you could clarify which Report you would like use to export your metrics that would be helpful to try to solve this problem that you are having. Thank you!
