Hello, World.
2026 marks my 10th year of living and breathing the Atlassian Ecosystem. I felt like a little kid who is so excited to grow in this environment, and equally scared of how different the world is. Coming from the photography and graphic design field, to the completely unknown tech industry was weird.
And I haven’t been on the job for two months, and the folks decided to get me to Atlassian Summit 2016 in San Jose, CA. Wait, what!?
My first international flight, my first tech conference, and my first time surviving fully in a different language.
From the comfortable spot in my home office, 10 years later, this feels like someone else’s life. The Ecosystem evolved beyond recognition; the events grew larger and more advanced, and the speakers looked like superhumans when they took the stage.
I changed quite a lot as well. My second language feels like my first, leaving Bulgarian a bit behind. I feel comfortable working in this environment to the point that I have tried to switch professions at least twice, only to return with a furious passion.
For years, I visited Atlassian Summits, Teams, Camps, Opens, and Velocities as part of a team, thinking: “If only I could come here and not have a full-time booth duty…”
Well, folks, my dreams came true in 2024 when I joined as an attendee.
And then in 2025, where I was part of Fun Inc’s organizational crew of the one and only Party Not-a-Party (yes, this glamorous name was provided by yours truly), and felt completely not impressed by Disneyland (sorry for all of you who just unfriended me).
However, enough photos of me growing old at Atlassian Events.
When I came back home after my last Team, I sat down and thought:
Not being on booth duty sucks.
I truly felt that way. I missed the routine of ealy booth coffee morninigs and busy days talking to customers, partners, and friends. Demonstrating products and sweating over the slow loading of demo instances. I just missed that.
So in 2026, I can’t be more excited to share that I am back to booth duty as part of the Warsaw Dynamics team and our sweet little Signature spot. Finally, at the place where I belong. Our team spent months polishing our branding, our products, and our future presence at Team26, and I have no fear of breaking a few demo instances.
You can read more about our Team26 plans here, and if you are coming to Anaheim, give me a nudge on LinkedIn (or under this post), I will be happy to meet you (again!)
Anyone else excited for booth duty, or is that a bug only in my system? 🤭
