This talk was all about how to deliver value to internal and external customers in a world of business transformation consumed by technology-first mindsets. Listeners learned that value chains, in particular, offer a useful framework for shifting your team’s focus from tech specifications to business and customer outcomes. In this session, attendees also discovered real-world examples of how to use value chains in the planning process and throughout the product lifecycle.
