35,000 User in testing for cloud

This is great news.  10K was a huge step 20K will be when it is released to everyone and next year we can expect 35K this is awesome.  I am so excited to move to cloud and can't wait to make the jump.

@Brant Schroeder Will this user limit be applicable to Standard plan as well, or only Premium and Enterprise plans? Is this the total number of users allowed for all products combined or per product (Jira, Confluence, etc.) on Cloud?
