Is there a way to suggest a summit topic for the 2019 US Summit?

You can always suggest :) .. Overall when closer to the event date there will be a registration open if you want to become a speaker at Summit. Then Atlassian might choose your idea and you can share it directly to the world! :)

Our call for speaker for Summit Europe 2018 is open now and agreed with @Mirek that it's the best way to suggest a topic directly. 

Call for speaker for Summit US 2019 will open later this year.
