I always try to learn something new that has nothing to do with my actual job.
One of the sessions I attended while in Summit was : Psychological Safety & Social Side of Team Performance.
Well lot of leaders have to learn more about the subject. Sometimes being vocal about an uncomfortable situation at work puts you in the hot seat.
