Bad days at work

Today's topic doesn't have anything to do with Atlassian. I would love to hear about your experience with a very bad day at work.

I am talking about those days when you keep getting hit with critics one after the other. Once they start "oh boy" it keeps going for a day or even a week sometimes.

How do you deal with them?
