New billing engine migration for Cloud

There was an email sent out regarding

Cloud sites will begin the process of migrating to a brand-new billing engine for Atlassian Cloud products.

Maybe its not a good idea to start this migration mid December when everyone in IT is on vacations during the holidays. Sometime after second week of January would be more ideal as everyone will be back from vacations.
