Hi Atlassian nonprofit community,
I recently submitted a request for community license on behalf of the nonprofit organization I am working for. Based on the initial ticket status, I believe our application passed Goodstack's checking as it was set from Pending Goodstack to New. Two days later, our ticket changed from New to Working on it, then to No Reply with resolution Closed in around 1 minute.
I am not sure if this means our application is rejected. But I am more than willing to submit any additional information or documentation that is required from our side for verification. I searched online and found this group. I hope that my ticket CA-3839913 / GROWTH-3386603 can be flagged for Atlassian members to further review.
