Last week, I was fortunate to head to Team '26 Anaheim in-person! I was able to connect in-person with some other nonprofits/social enterprises and some nonprofit-adjacent folks in higher ed. I wanted to share some tidbits about my favorite announcements and how I can see my teams using them!
First, check out your very own Teamwork Graph here: https://teamworkgraph.com/ I found this fascinating and a really good way for my teammates to see how they've contributed over the last year, too! As a data nerd, I loved looking through this!
Do you have volunteers or other users who need access to a specific Jira space? I know that my company tries to save money at any cost, so I'm thrilled to have the option to add our summer contractors to a specific space for FREE! Confluence now allows users to reshape texts, tables, and lists into various visual formats like infographics, charts, databases, and even Confluence slides (coming soon) using Remix with Rovo (now in beta).
This feature enables users to create visually appealing content without leaving the page - even utilizing your company's branding. Additionally, since the final product is integrated into the Teamwork Graph, it automatically incorporates relevant context, enhancing the overall user experience. My favorite part of this announcement is that it will help keep my teams in Confluence! They often leave because they need a slide deck and then it's hard to get them to come back!
Teamwork Graph has some exciting updates:
Teamwork Graph CLI, Atlassian’s agent-first command-line interface, provides your most technical users and their AI coding agents with direct access to your organization’s Teamwork Graph. Admins, on the other hand, maintain strict control over scopes and permissions.
Teamwork Graph tools integrated into Rovo MCP Server offer a standardized and secure platform for any MCP-compliant agent, copilot, or automation to operate on your Teamwork Graph. This ensures that they can interact with live ownership, history, and relationships.

I haven't quite figured out how we'll use this one yet, but I'm excited to give some of the CLI tools a try!
AI Agents are available right where you plan and track work. Teams can even assign work to Rovo and third-party agents, iterate with agents in comments, and embed them directly into their workflows. Each and every agent interaction is auditable and "governed in Jira, turning “single‑player” prompts into a multiplayer workflow your whole team can see."

My favorite of the templates is probably the Release Notes agent!
